A few weeks ago I posted a (scathing)* comment on Logitech’s approach to getting customer feedback. I was annoyed as a long time customer about a UI frustration that I felt was misleading. Brilliantly, Logitech have fixed it. Great work.
It’s nice to be listened to, it’s mega customer service and a great example of how to engage in this space. Well done guys.
