logitechgoodUI thumb Well done Logitech!A few weeks ago I posted a (scathing)* comment on Logitech’s approach to getting customer feedback.  I was annoyed as a long time customer about a UI frustration that I felt was misleading.  Brilliantly, Logitech have fixed it.  Great work. 

It’s nice to be listened to, it’s mega customer service and a great example of how to engage in this space.  Well done guys.

I going to place my Logitech Harmony 1100 order now.

*ok I admit it I was kind of over the top.

    i disagree – you were spot on – apparently you haven’t rebooted your PC in a while.  EVERYTIME I reboot that stupid box pops up and I click “dont take survey” every time.   I’ve been a long time logitech buyer, but this is enough to make me stop…..
