Very handy little guide form Lifehacker here on how to get the best out of an SSD. I’ve just ordered one for my “demo beast” laptop and it should help my VMs fly…interesting ideas around hibernation in this guide…not something I’d thought of but very useful. Should be quite nippy on an SSD.
