Time travel with Windows 7

I’ve just discovered something really cool in Windows 7 that anyone who has to work with people around the world will love!  The clock in the system tray can display more than one time zone…not quite time travel, but it’s as close as you’ll get.

Right click the clock next to the notification area and select Adjust date/time

multi time zonesNext you’ll want to select the Additional Clocks tab (1 in the screen shot) then select which other time zones you want to display, there’s a maximum of two.  Finally click OK.

You’ll notice that the clock doesn’t change, so you might think it’s not worked but you’d be wrong…

Now just hover over the clock next to the notification area and voila! Now you always know what time it is!
